We’re Excited - We Did It Again!

Sometimes our team feels like the dancing guy at that music fest (see it here). It's a video where a single guy dances alone, but then gets joined by one person, then the next, and then eventually the whole crowd. He was probably oblivious that he was dancing alone - but he didn't care. He just knew he had to dance. There have been a few Ted Talks on him. 

"You're too excited about the future...You're too small...too advanced...to big for us...I don't understand what you're saying...I don't understand your value proposition" - we've heard it all. But we believe in what we are doing and how it will impact the world, impact lives and advance business. So we keep dancing.

We made the Inc5000 list again this year - two years in a row. It's times like this, when you get a little bit of recognition and validation into what you are doing, that helps you dance on and at times dance a little wilder. Making the list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies in the country for the second consecutive year is a strong validation for us. Especially in a year like the one we had. We worked hard to commit to not losing one teammate unless they chose another path, to continue to work hard for our clients, and to add a few more dancers to our circle. 

And it worked. And we made the list.

Of course the best validation is what we hear from our clients: "you helped make a change, you helped in a decision, you helped us find our direction." We helped find their CompassRed.
